Temecula – On Sunday, 27 year old Jason D. Hart was killed in a car accident in Temecula, California.

The accident happened at the intersection of Rancho California Road and Moraga Road at 5:20 a.m.  According to police, Hart was broadsided by a drunk driver as he was driving on Rancho California heading westbound.  The driver was headed eastbound when he struck Hart and caused his car to hit a brick wall nearby.  Both drivers were trapped in their vehicles and had to be extricated by firefighters.

Hart was taken to Inland Valley Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 6:24 a.m.  According to police, Hart was wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident.  Hart was working as a PGA apprentice Cross Creek Golf Club in Temecula.
