Fountain Valley resident, Martin Moreno was killed in a car accident on Tuesday in Westminster in Orange County. The accident happened around 8:30 p.m. on the overpass where Bolsa Chica merges into Valley View street.  Moreno was driving his Toyota truck when he was hit, head-on by a Honda.
