Personal Injury Attorney Edmond El Dabe believes it is very important for attorneys to establish personal, honest relationships with clients. The lawyer-client relationship can make or break a case. Good communication and effective listening, by both attorney and client, are crucial. The more a client trusts his or her attorney, the easier it is to work together towards a positive resolution for the case.
“When I trust my client, and my client trusts me, we always win.”
With this in mind, he tells his clients to call or email anytime. This open line of communication builds trust and confidence.
Edmond El Dabe received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1998. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, an impacted major which only admitted students with the highest academic achievements.
After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Mr. El Dabe was admitted to Loyola Law School obtaining his Juris Doctor degree in 3 years. Mr. El Dabe gained recognition for his argumentative skills and trial abilities while making it to the finals of a school-wide trial advocacy competition.
Since 2001, Edmond El Dabe has participated or conducted hundreds of trials, arbitrations, depositions, court appearances and mediations in personal injury and business litigation actions all over California. Prior to forming El Dabe Law Firm, he started his legal career as a law clerk for a trial law firm in Beverly Hills, California. After easily passing the California Bar Exam in the first attempt, the firm hired him as a trial attorney where he excelled until he left to form his own firm in Orange County in 2003. Since then, he has opened offices in Los Angeles and Sherman Oaks.
“Insurance companies hide the ball so they don’t have to pay money. It is the duty of the attorney to find it.”
Aggressive tactics, including the filing of lawsuits, written discovery, and depositions of witnesses are required at a minimum to ensure that no stone is left unturned.
Mr. El Dabe is admitted to practice in California, the United States Central District Court, and the United States Southern and Eastern District Courts. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys Association of California, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
